Garmin has acquired Applied Ballistics, one of the best-known names in long-range ballistic software and projectile data.
Applied Ballistics develops professional-grade ballistic solvers, radar-validated projectile models, and the Applied Ballistics Quantum app used by hunters, competitive shooters, and long-range shooters.
Garmin and Applied Ballistics have already worked together for nearly a decade, with AB technology appearing in Garmin tactical products. Bringing the company in-house could mean even tighter integration between Garmin watches, chronographs, range devices, and ballistic software.
Do you use a ballistic solver now? Garmin, Applied Ballistics, Hornady, Strelok, or something else?
