Suppressors don’t belong in the National Firearms Act. Every law-abiding American should have the right to protect their hearing without jumping through bureaucratic hoops or paying a $200 tax.
Right now, Congress is considering changes to the suppressor tax—but unless we act, the unconstitutional NFA restrictions will remain.
That’s why the American Suppressor Association is calling on all supporters to demand that Congress include Section 2 of the Hearing Protection Act in reconciliation and fully remove suppressors from the NFA
